Air Force Ancillary Training Requirements
Please arrive with a current copy of your Total Force Training (TFT) certificates. The training certificates required are:
- DOD Information Assurance – required annually for all military, civilians to include all NAF employees, contractors, and MoD personnel who will have a network account
- Information Protection – required annually for all military, civilians to include all NAF employees, contractors, and MoD personnel who will have a network account
- Human Relations – required annually for all military and US civilians to include US NAF employees
- Force Protection – required annually for all military, US civilians to include US NAF employees
- The Free Exercise of Religion – required annual for all military, US civilians to include US NAF employees
The above training requirements are computer based and can be found at on Advanced Distributed Learning Service (ADLS) website at https:// golearn.csd.disa.mil or through the Air Force Portal if you have a portal account. New users will have to create an ADLS account to complete the training. In order to do so the New User must have an American SSN. If you do not have one, you will need to contact the HRO office to get a Pseudo Social Security Number.
Air Force Military Training Records
Prior to out-processing at your losing organization, please ensure you have provided a copy of your orders to your Unit Training Manager and he/she has transferred your electronic Air Force Training Record (AFTR) to your gaining unit, or has placed you in “Lose” status for those using the electronic Training Business Area (TBA) training records. If you have paper training records, ensure you hand-carry them to your next duty station.
