Your losing Military Personnel Flight (MPF) will ensure that you and your family have the appropriate documents to enter the UK.

Post Office Box

Before departing for the UK you will probably want to obtain a Post Office box at RAF Alconbury. Your sponsor can help you with this or you can make arrangements yourself.  Find out more >>

Lodging Arrangements

Lodging at RAF Alconbury can be arranged by your sponsor or yourself, prior to your departure. Find out more >>

Arriving in the Tri-Base Area

In-Processing

After you have arrived and settled into your lodging/dorm, on you first "Duty day" your sponsor will escort you to the Commander's Support Staff/Personnel Support Office to receive all in-processing documentation.

Additional Requirements

Members must report to the Housing Office within 2 days of arrival.  Pets must be registered within 2 weeks of arrival.  A USAFE permit must be obtained to drive in the UK. Find out more >>
